Inspired by platforms like Netflix, we continuously experiment with storytelling techniques to make development experiences more compelling and impactful. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs the bTeam Lead, Learning and Development /b, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth collaboration within the Instructional Design Team, your departmental colleagues, as well as subject matter experts and stakeholders in other departments. You will lead the coordination of project timelines, manage approvals, facilitate communication, and support the overall workflow of our learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured planning, strong communication, and turning goals into actionable steps for the team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. /li liTranslate project plans into clear task lists, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across the team. /li liServe as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships, ensuring clarity, and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle. /li liOrganize and track the status of project approvals and reviews, proactively following up to keep workflows moving. /li liSupport people management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed. /li liDevelop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects as an instructional designer. /li liSupport broader communication efforts – planning training launches, crafting clear, engaging messaging for both internal teams and client-facing audiences. /li liContribute to process improvements that enhance team collaboration and the scalability of INFUSE Academy operations. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within the LD department. /li li1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields. /li liStrong AI literacy.
