R&D CHC Senior Specialist, Project Management

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to join a dynamic Consumer Healthcare environment, leading complex cross‑functional innovation and development projects from concept to delivery.

Purpose of the Job

• Lead cross‑functional project teams in the execution of end‑to‑end projects aligned with business goal Develop and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring key activities are completed on schedule and within scope
• Make sure that LEAN and Agile tools and approach are used across project management
• Manage (or provide operational support in) vendors and contracts (management) for the CHC I&D Team

Principal Accountabilities

• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables
• Develop end‑to‑end project schedules and timelines assuring project on time delivery
• Apply LEAN and Agile approach to projects
• Monitoring of project activities and track progress against milestones
• Support the core team in day‑to‑day project management activities
• Responsible for building the project team and defining tasks
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses
• Prepare and contribute to project status reports and updates
• Track changes and support their implementation when necessary to meet project deliverables
• Identify issues and escalat them appropriately
• Contribute to risk identification and support the implementation of mitigation plans for all projectc

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience as R&D project manager preferably in Consumer Healthcare. Work experience in other industries such as Consumer‑Packaged Goods or companies/industries with high speed and large portfolio of projects might be considered.
• Scientific/Technical/Engineering Master or PhD degree or similar
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software
• Agile and LEAN delivery mastery, including Lean Process Optimization & Value Delivery
• Advanced planning and execution
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, risk analysis and mitigation
• Effective communication and presentation skills, and good command of the English language.
• Negotiation skills and ability to influence with or without authority at levels above and below own grade level Proficiency in building trust with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders as necessary
