In unserem Kontraktlogistikteam verantwortest du Lagerhaltungsvorgänge - sei es z.B. durch die Kommissionierung von Waren im Lager oder durch organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Büro. Dabei arbeitest du präzise und trägst damit nicht nur zum Erfolg deines Teams bei, sondern sorgst auch für ein reibungsloses Tagesgeschäft in unseren Lager- und Distributionszentren. Mit deiner Arbeit ermöglichst du z. B. die Lagerung und Lieferung von Ersatzteilen diverser Industrien oder von medizinischen Produkten. Dabei bewirkst du mit deiner Arbeit bei Kühne+Nagel viel mehr, als du dir vorstellen kannst.

Your primary objective is to acquire and retain customer business by delivering leading IT solutions for key healthcare projects.

As an IT Systems Lead Engineer, you act as a key driver in designing integrated solutions, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and serve as a subject matter expert.

You collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery success and drive the development of IT standards and scalable solutions across EMEA.

You also act as a trusted advisor, guiding colleagues and projects on IT-related topics.

Wie du dich einbringst

• Tender & Pre-Sales & Concept/Solutioning & Design:
• Lead technical discovery with the customer and KN project team, including the development of solution options.
• Define high-level architecture/NFRs, sizing, SCT, ROM/DFE estimates, risks/assumptions, and delivery wave plans for bids and RFPs.
• Review and validate automation concepts and solutions.
• Delivery: Accountable for build, configuration, integration, testing, performance assurance, data readiness, stable environments, as well as cut-over planning and hypercare stabilization.
• Operations: Ensure operational readiness, including documentation/runbooks and knowledge transfer; provide L3 support and actively drive problem management.
• Standardization & Governance: Lead continental and/or global IT standardization initiatives and teams, creating reusable patterns, reference designs, IaC/configuration baselines, and runbooks

• In-depth WMS (preferably Blue Yonder) know-how in Solution Design & Configuration
• Effective virtual leadership & project management skills in order to ensure project targets are being achieved in time and according to defined scope
• Experience on IT related HC specifics such as CSV & HC QM requirements
• Excellent customer orientation as well as organisational flexibility & adaptability
• Working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to work independently with good collaboration skills
• Ability to listen and translate in efficient & best in class solution including good documentation skills
