Yali is looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at the Milan head office. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in fashion/luxury sales, and a passion for independent fashion. You will work closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, trunk shows, and private clients. What you will do
- Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods
- Lead buyer communications, follow‑ups, and sales coordination
- Organize and execute trunk shows and private client appointments
- Drive direct sales and deliver a high‑level, personalized client experience
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and internal teams to support business growth
- Proven experience in fashion/luxury sales (wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, or private clients)
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
- Proactive, hands‑on, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Based in Milan and available to work on‑site
- Willing to travel during key sales periods
- Full‑time position
