Activities will include thebr/selection of commodities and pathogens of plantbr/pathology interest, the setup of inoculation andbr/monitoring assays under controlled conditions, thebr/evaluation of early stages of infection andbr/deterioration, and the collection of biological databr/useful for distinguishing healthy, infected orbr/altered products at an early stage.
