You will develop new processes for innovative products, pushing the boundaries of technology and enhancing our product offerings. /liliDesign of products and tooling: You will design products and tooling (for injection and extrusion technologies) in order to achieve product design performance /liliPreparation of Documentation: You will prepare comprehensive process documentation for technical proposals, ensuring clarity and precision in our project plans. /liliImprovement and Development: You will improve and develop proprietary process technologies, continuously seeking ways to optimize and innovate. /liliWriting Protocols and Reports: You will write protocols, test sheets, and qualification-validation reports, documenting every step of the process to maintain high standards. /liliPerforming Tests: You will perform and oversee qualification/validation tests, ensuring our processes meet rigorous quality criteria. /liliProblem Solving: You will identify issues, provide solutions, and test corrections, maintaining smooth and efficient operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. /liliTooling Design Experience: Experience in designing products, tooling and equipment for injection and/or extrusion technologies is required. /liliExperience in machine design is considered a plus. /liliBackground: Strong design engineering background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and process engineering principles. /liliExperience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. /liliLanguage Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English. /liliSkills: Strong project management and analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles. /liliTravel Availability: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) to engage with customers and internal teams. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pThe minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
