ph3Project Manager /h3 pAzienda : Dagang Nexchange Berhad Tipo Lavoro : Full Time Italy /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipOversee the overall project management function, coordinating PMO processes and leveraging support from the project office. /p /li lipDirectly manage post-production change requests, initiatives, projects, and programs. /p /li lipOversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project closure, along with software delivery and post-implementation processes. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with the organization’s project management standards and guidelines. /p /li lipConduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to project management standards. /p /li lipTrack, monitor, and document all project milestones and deliverables. /p /li lipEnsure all project deliverables meet or exceed CMMI standards. /p /li lipDevelop comprehensive project documentation in line with the organization’s project management methodology. /p /li lipEnsure detailed documentation of project plans to serve all relevant stakeholders. /p /li lipLead and manage internal resources, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure flawless project execution. /p /li lipParticipate in vendor management strategies for selected outsourced projects. /p /li lipContribute to defining project management standards and best practices across the organization. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipbQualification: /b Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent. /p /li lipPossessing a valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage /p /li lipbRequired skill(s): /bStrong knowledge of the end-to-end project management lifecycle, IT project management, and project portfolio management. Well-versed in CMMI methodology, with advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), and in-depth expertise in MS Project and Visio. /p /li lipbKey quality(s): /bExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, patient and detail-oriented, with good report writing capabilities /p /li lipbRequired language(s): /bEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia /p /li lipbDesired experience/exposure: /bMinimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in implementing delivery process improvements using PMBOK as the framework for project management.
