Group Investment Product Solutions is seeking a highly talented and forward-thinking AI Investment Products Specialist. This is a senior, cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, investment management, and financial product innovation.

You will act as the central AI enablement engine for our investment strategists, marketing, sales, and data analytics teams — dramatically accelerating time‑to‑market for new products while enhancing the quality and personalisation of investment solutions offered to our clients across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• AI Agent Development & Deployment
  • Design, build and maintain AI agents tailored to asset management workflows — including autonomous research, product drafting, and reporting agents
  • Embed agentic AI tools within the day‑to‑day operations of investment strategists, marketing, and sales teams
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with existing data infrastructure and investment systems
  • Leverage generative AI to accelerate the design and structuring of new investment products — funds, certificates, structured bonds, alternatives
  • Reduce time‑to‑market through AI‑assisted product documentation, regulatory filing support, and scenario modelling
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and product teams to prototype AI‑enhanced investment strategies
• Bespoke & Individualised Investment Solutions
  • Apply AI/ML techniques to design highly personalised investment solutions for institutional and retail clients
  • Build client profiling and portfolio optimisation tools that deliver recommendations at scale
  • Support the development of advisory models powered by AI for discretionary and mandate‑based solutions
• Productivity & Workflow Transformation
  • Identify and prioritise AI use cases across investment strategy, marketing content, sales enablement, and data analysis
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to embed AI literacy and tool adoption across teams
  • Define and track KPIs to measure productivity improvements achieved through AI deployment
  • Deploy AI‑powered models for market surveillance, performance attribution, and competitor benchmarking
  • Build automated reporting dashboards and NLP pipelines for investment research and client communication
  • Support the data analysis team with predictive analytics and quantitative modelling capabilities

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2+ years of industry or research experience in data science or AI, with a focus on methodological efforts and enterprise AI system adoption.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Hands on experience with Agentic System design and development, including agentic system testing.
• In‑depth knowledge of genAI and deep‑learning libraries (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, PyTorch).
• Basic understanding and experience with common market agentic frameworks (ADK, Crew AI).
• Understanding and hands‑on experience with A2A and MCP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• For more senior roles, experience in leading the delivery of technical teams bridging gaps between methodological and engineering effort guaranteeing a smooth transition between prototyping and production‑grade system.

• Familiarity with cloud‑native AI solutions for model development and AI services (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in MLOps frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge in object‑oriented software development, particularly in Python.
• Experience with production grade Agentic systems, including performance monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with open‑source LM finetuning for Agentic AI applications.
• Experience in consultancy, customer engineering and fast prototyping.
