Telematics Sales Leader - Milan

Radius is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to lead and grow the Telematics sales function in Milan. You will recruit, coach and structure the team, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximise value for customers and the business.
The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, balancing transactional volume with long-term, consultative deals, and reporting into a Director of Sales & Customer Success Europe.
