Site Security Manager

ppWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Security Manager (SSM) to lead the security operations at one of our client datacenters. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a dedicated team of security professionals, including administrative officers, responders, and control room personnel, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and operational excellence across the site. /ppReporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM) and working collaboratively with other Site Security Managers across the campus, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to risk management and incident response. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, mentor, and develop site security personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. /liliEnsure compliance with all site policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols across all shifts. /liliOversee site security operations, performance metrics, audits, and the effective operation of all security systems. /liliManage Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, including CCTV monitoring, access control, incident reporting, and security logs. /liliMaintain accurate security documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards. /liliServe as the primary point of contact for datacenter management in the absence of the Campus Security Manager. /liliIdentify potential security risks and recommend improvements to strengthen site security and operational resilience. /liliPromote safe working practices and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliPrevious experience in security management or operational/business management within a security-focused environment. /liliProven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment. /liliStrong working knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, incident management platforms, and video surveillance systems. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong general IT skills. /liliFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency situations as required. /liliStrong leadership, planning, and organisational skills. /liliExcellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure. /liliOutstanding communication and customer service skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /liliHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability. /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team within a dynamic and rapidly growing datacenter environment.
