Italian Speaking Customer Support Rep - Onsite in Portugal | Relocation Support

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian
• C1 level of English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good stress management skills
• Strong empathy and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Night shift: 22:00–07:00

The night shift team is relatively small, so night shifts may only be required occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule .

Salary & Benefits

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment:
• Relocation support for eligible candidates

Candidates relocating from outside Portugal can benefit from:

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
