continuous optimization. /p pbPharmacy Practice Innovation: /b Lead innovative medical initiatives that empower pharmacists to enhance patient support, appropriate medicine use, health literacy, and as field medical, medical strategy, evidence generation, medical education, launch excellence, or healthcare-system engagement, with a passion for translating science into meaningful healthcare impact. /li liA deep appreciation of the evolving role of community pharmacy and its growing contribution to patient care, health literacy, prevention, adherence, and healthcare-system sustainability. /li liProficient adoption of Medical/Scientific English in strategic discussion /li /ul pCompensation Structure Criteria: /p pSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement.
