ph3Company Description /h3 pbDiscover how a company’s profitability is driven through data analysis and control. /b /p pIf you are a curious person with a passion for numbers, analysis, and business performance, this curricular internship in the Controlling area is the ideal opportunity to put your skills into practice within an international environment such as Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. /p pYou will be part of the Finance team, working on real projects and contributing to the preparation of reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses. /p h3Job Description /h3 pOur Central Logistics Department is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Engineer to join our team and support the continuous improvement of logistics processes across our manufacturing network. /p pIn this role, you will support and drive the development and implementation of Physical Logistics processes, optimizing end-to-end material flows across our manufacturing plants and ensuring alignment with the overall Supply Chain strategy. You will contribute to enhancing logistics performance in terms of cost, service, quality, and sustainability while promoting best practices and operational excellence in an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and standardize material flow processes across the Division's manufacturing plants, supporting the harmonization of logistics practices. /li liLead packaging optimization initiatives, including packaging master data management, returnable packaging systems, and compliance with sustainability and regulatory requirements. /li liSupport transportation management and optimization by collaborating with sites on carrier performance, service improvement, and logistics cost reduction initiatives. /li liMonitor logistics quality, inventory performance, and key logistics KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. /li liContribute to logistics controlling activities, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain network optimization projects. /li liDrive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation and adoption of logistics tools and applications. /li liFacilitate workshops, assessments, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote standards, capabilities, and best practices across plants. /li liCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to deliver logistics initiatives aligned with business objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li1-2 years experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably within international manufacturing environments. /li liProficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is considered an advantage. /li liKnowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into effective actions. /li liStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels. /li liGood command of English; additional language skills such as German, Italian, or Portuguese are considered a plus. /li /ul pIn line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 37.000 - € 44.000 for a 40-hour work week. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
