In questo ruolo, operi nel team Application Security per Milano e Roma, guidando soluzioni di sicurezza applicativa e pratiche DevSecOps. Contribuisci al miglioramento della governance cyber e alla conformità normativa, educando risorse junior e promuovendo un approccio security-by-design. Lavori a stretto contatto con colleghi e clienti per ridurre esposizioni minaccia e resi sicuri i sistemi. Responsabilità- Applicare sicurezza applicativa e DevSecOps all'interno del team
- Gestire governance cyber e conformità a norme come NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR
- Analizzare applicazioni e infrastrutture IT dei clienti per individuare soluzioni di sicurezza e best practice
- Definire linee guida e checklist di sicurezza considerando standard internazionali
- Sviluppare requisiti di sicurezza per software e componenti correlati
- Promuovere e implementare l'approccio security-by-design includendo persone, processi e tecnologia
- Valorizzare e far crescere risorse junior, supportando il loro percorso di sviluppo
- Identificare rischi e comunicarli tempestivamente al team
- 2–4 anni di esperienza in consulenza/SI o sicurezza informatica/audit interno
- Conoscenza di sicurezza delle applicazioni, architetture di sicurezza, SDLC, protocolli di autenticazione (SAML, TLS/SSL, e contesto mobile
- Buona padronanza di Java, C#, Python
- Conoscenza normative IT di settore come NIS2, NIST, ISO27001
- Esperienza pipeline DevSecOps: CI/CD con Jenkins, IBM-AppScan, BurpSuite e strumenti open source, API/docker e microservizi
- Buona conoscenza di cloud (AWS, Google, Azure) e sicurezza associata
- Conoscenza strumenti di Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST, API Security)
- Conoscenza IT e pacchetto Office; abilità analisi dati
- Diploma o Laurea con indirizzo STEM
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
