Senior Lead, Business Performance & Continuous Improvement (SG&A)

In this role you will lead the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across Commercial and Group Functions. You will partner with leaders to align improvement work with priorities and build sustainable operating rhythms.
You’ll develop and run governance and cadence for strategy deployment, problem-solving, and performance metrics at scale. This position offers a chance to shape a continuous improvement culture and accelerate change through coaching and leadership development.
Retribuzione / Benefits- Enable adoption of PPI principles across Commercial and Group Functions to hit business targets
- Build and run operating cadences connecting strategy, goals, execution, and problem-solving
- Lead productivity metrics: goal setting, opportunity ID, and implementation of improvement work
- Maintain a validated funnel of improvement activity with governance and prioritization
- Develop multi-year strategy deployment using standard tools and routines
- Promote leadership culture through PPI methods like metrics leadership, Tiered Daily Management, and Gemba walks
- Standardize operating mechanisms to boost KPI accountability and speed of action
- Coach leaders and practitioners to increase engagement and consistency in methodology
- Promote best practice sharing and harmonization across the network
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations, or business (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in PPI or comparable continuous improvement systems
- Proven track record delivering year-over-year results with data-based problem solving
- Experience training, developing, and coaching international teams
- Ability to collaborate in a heavily matrixed organization
- Strong executive presence and communication; ability to influence and lead change
- Six Sigma certification (preferred)
