During this period, the selected candidate will be appointed as bFinance Analyst /b to receive a solid induction of Werfen and the Finance function, before moving to one of our subsidiaries worldwide as bFinance Manager /b. /ppAn excellent opportunity to take on a management role in a short period of time with key responsibilities within a global leader in the Diagnostics field. He/She is responsible for providing financial oversight and leadership of Werfen’s businesses in the country, contributing to the results optimization through analysis, procedure implementation and risk management. He/she provides a comprehensive and highly qualified financial and business support to the General Manager and Business Areas. /ppThe bFinancial Analyst /b at Barcelona Headquarters plays a key role in analyzing financial data and the performance of Werfen, supporting in corporate projects, supporting in corporate Closing, contributing in special projects to be assigned, among a variety of other tasks. /ph3Finance Manager /h3h3Key Accountabilities /h3h3Accounting/Tax/Audit/Legal /h3ulliOversee preparation of the Financial Statements. Prepare the corporate reporting for Headquarters on a monthly basis. /liliEnsure all the international standards and local requirements are followed properly. /liliCoordinate the day-to-day operations of the financial department and cash-flow. /liliManage financial audits and produce recommendations for the improvement of procedures. /liliLead the implementation of the corporate procedures in the affiliate. /liliEstablish and maintain appropriate internal controls and safeguards. /liliEnsure compliance of all tax regulations and optimizing taxes. /liliSupervise the processing of payrolls, hiring and dismissal of personnel, and management of the personnel training records. /li /ulh3Business Partner /h3ulliProvide financial and business analysis to support all activities and projects in the country and guarantee an adequate monitoring and decision-making process. /liliProvide constant analysis of the profitability of the business. PL by customer analysis, pricing, and margins analysis. /liliGive support and insights to the General Manager and Department Directors to help take commercial decisions. /liliLead the preparation of financial outlooks and financials forecast for decision making. /liliManage and coordinate the functions of financial planning and budget management of the company. /liliMonitor and analyze the monthly operational results against budget and prior year. /liliPropose and lead initiatives to minimize expenses and maximize profit. /liliCoordinate with commercial departments conditions with customers (profitability analysis, payment terms, limit of credit, pricing, discounts, etc…) /li /ulh3Key Networks/Relationships /h3ulliInteraction with senior management. /liliThis position requires cooperation with all the department managers of the affiliate as well as with corporate back office departments (IT, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, Controlling, etc ) to ensure complete information and analysis. /li /ulh3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. /liliAnalyze periodic reports of actual and budget data. /liliOrganize and present relevant financial information for effective decision-making. /liliContinuously improve the quality and reliability of financial information provided. /liliPerform detailed analysis, including expenditure analysis and cash flow assessments. /liliAssess the financial impact of strategic and operational actions. /liliLead ad hoc financial projects as needed. /li /ulh3Key Networks/Relationships /h3ulliInteraction with senior management. /liliInteraction with finance teams around the world, including corporate finance managers and subsidiaries. /li /ulh3Minimum Knowledge and experience required for the position /h3ulliBachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /liliMore than 3 years of experience in MA in a Big4 firm or in a corporate setting. /liliMA experience is a must, including opportunity identification, financial analysis, due diligence, agreement negotiation, and the achievement of financial synergies. /liliExperience in finance with multinational companies, including consolidation work, might be considered. /liliExtensive knowledge of advanced accounting and financial reporting concepts, principles, and practices. /liliExperience in financial modelling and analysis. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExperience with digital finance applications will be considered a plus. /liliFamiliarity with the accounting system SAP will also be a plus. /liliProficiency in written and spoken English; other language skills desired. /li /ulh3Skills Capabilities /h3ulliStrategic thinking. /liliExcellent presentation skills. /liliAbility to influence and persuade. /liliExcellent time management and organizational skills. /liliAbility to multitask and meet deadlines. /liliExceptional problem-solving skills. /liliMastery of logical reasoning. /liliAbility to work in teams and collaborate with diverse groups of people. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
