TikTok LIVE Creator Manager (Freelance)

Instasamy is looking for 2 TikTok LIVE Creator Managers to support the growth, acquisition and development of creators within our TikTok LIVE network.

This is a  fully remote, freelance collaboration designed for independent professionals who are comfortable working with clear objectives and a  fully performance-based compensation model .

There is no fixed retainer or base compensation. Compensation consists of a  percentage of the results generated by the creator portfolio managed, plus performance bonuses linked to agreed targets and KPIs .

As a TikTok LIVE Creator Manager, you will independently develop and manage a portfolio of creators, acting as their main point of contact within Instasamy and helping them grow their activity and performance on TikTok LIVE.

The role combines three core areas:  Creator Management, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.

What you'll do

You will manage the creator journey from initial scouting and acquisition through onboarding, development and performance monitoring.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identify and approach promising new creators through talent scouting and outreach;
• Present Instasamy and the TikTok LIVE opportunity to prospective creators;
• Support new creators throughout the onboarding process;
• Build, manage and develop your own portfolio of TikTok LIVE creators;
• Establish strong and professional relationships with creators;
• Support creators in planning and developing their TikTok LIVE activity;
• Define growth objectives and concrete actions together with creators;
• Monitor activity and performance through  TikTok LIVE Backstage and Instasamy's internal tools;
• Analyse KPIs and performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Drive creator activity, consistency and retention;
• Support creators in participating in campaigns, events, battles and other TikTok LIVE initiatives;
• Collaborate with other Creator Managers and the Instasamy team;
• Contribute to agreed individual and team performance objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for people with:

• Good knowledge of TikTok and the broader social media landscape;
• A genuine interest in TikTok LIVE, the Creator Economy and live streaming;
• Confidence using digital tools, dashboards, spreadsheets and messaging platforms;
• The ability to understand and interpret KPIs and performance data;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• The ability to organise and manage your work independently in a fully remote environment;
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work under a performance-based compensation model.

Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:

• TikTok LIVE agencies or Creator Networks;
• Creator or Talent Management;
• Influencer Marketing;
• Recruiting or Talent Acquisition;
• Sales or Business Development;
• Account Management;
• Customer Success;
• Social Media;
• Talent Agencies or MCNs;
• Live-streaming platforms;
• Personal experience as a creator or streamer.

Previous experience as a  TikTok LIVE Manager is a plus, but  not required .

Specific training on TikTok LIVE dynamics, agency tools and  TikTok LIVE Backstage will be provided as part of the onboarding process.

Collaboration model

This opportunity is structured as an  independent freelance collaboration and is fully remote.

There is  no fixed salary, retainer or guaranteed minimum compensation .

Compensation is entirely performance-based and consists of:

Percentage of the results generated by your creator portfolio + performance bonuses linked to agreed objectives and KPIs.

The collaboration is designed for independent professionals with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset who want to build and develop a creator portfolio over time and directly participate in the value they generate.
