The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, customers, and certification bodies to support product development, market access, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor global regulations, standards, and market requirements for electromechanical products. /li liSupport Product Management and Engineering in defining and maintaining compliant product specifications. /li liCoordinate testing, certifications, product approvals, and registrations with external laboratories and certification agencies. /li liAssess compliance impacts for ETO projects and provide guidance on product safety requirements. /li liMaintain certification, standards, and regulatory databases. /li liProvide compliance expertise, technical documentation, and training to internal stakeholders. /li liMonitor regulatory changes and support continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent. /li li3–5 years of experience in product compliance, certification, product safety, or related technical fields. /li liAbility to interpret technical standards and test reports. /liliStrong collaboration and communication skills. /li liProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments. /li liContinuous improvement and innovation mindset. /li /ul h3CONTRACT /h3 pPermanent, full time - Hybrid /p h3BENEFIT /h3 pcompany bonus and company canteen /p pJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re‑use.
