ppAs a bJunior Talent Acquisition Specialist, /b you will play a key role in supporting Caracol’s growth and international expansion by helping us attract and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and geographies. /p pWorking closely with hiring managers and the People team, you will be involved in the recruitment process and, as you grow in the role, you will progressively gain ownership of the full hiring cycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing international company where Talent Acquisition is a strategic function. You’ll source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new joiner. /li libCandidate Experience: /bYou’ll help create a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for every candidate—from the first interaction through the end of the recruitment process—reflecting Caracol’s culture and values. /li libEmployer Branding: /bYou’ll contribute to strengthening our employer brand by supporting recruiting events, university partnerships, content creation, and initiatives that showcase what it’s like to work at Caracol. /li libRecruitment Operations Continuous Improvement: /bYou’ll support the team in monitoring recruitment activities, maintaining accurate data, and continuously improving our hiring processes as we scale internationally. /li /ul h3bIdeal Background: /b /h3 ul liAround 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, gained in an executive search or headhunting agency. /li liExposure to recruiting for technical and engineering roles is highly preferred. /li liExperience supporting recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage; familiarity with the US talent market is considered a strong plus. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. /li liA proactive, hands‑on mindset, genuine curiosity, and a passion for identifying and engaging outstanding talent. /li liFluency in English and Italian is required. /li /ul h3bWhat we offer: /b /h3 ul liSalary range: €28.000 – €32.000, depending on experience /li liFlexible working schemes and smartworking /li liOpportunity for career advancement /li liFriendly, international and innovative work environment /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ul pCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
