Junior FP&A Specialist

Overview

In this role you support the South of Europe FP&A function, helping to drive planning, reporting and performance analysis across the region. You will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate KPI tracking and informed management presentations. The position offers exposure to cross-country financial processes and contributes to monthly closings and budgeting efforts. Responsabilità

• Consolidate and analyze sales data across countries within the South of Europe Management Unit
• Monitor, consolidate and report key KPIs (e.g., DSO) and other financial indicators
• Plan, monitor and report General Expenses
• Collaborate with Accounting to allocate expenses by cost center and category
• Support monthly closing accruals and provisions
• Prepare monthly management presentations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis

Requisiti fondamentali

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or similar role
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
