Sales Assistant Roma Rinascente

The Sales Assistant will be in charge of:

Main Activities And Responsibilities

· Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers needs;

· Advise customers on the entire luxury Santoni collection;

· Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers;

· Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines;

· Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge;

Key Requirements & Competencies

· Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus;

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail;

· Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;

· Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;

· Strong team player;

Job Level: 4 - 2 , based on experience

contractual salary and sales incentives: 1% on footwear, 2% on accessories, plus €350 for reaching monthly sales targets
