Reporting to the International Tax Manager, she/he' will support the Group's international tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting and Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. /ph3As an International Tax Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliSupport the preparation of the Group tax provision and tax reporting process under IFRS and local accounting standards, including current and deferred taxes /liliSupport the analysis and implementation of international tax regulations affecting the Group /liliProvide tax support on cross-border transactions and intercompany business flows /liliCoordinate and liaise with external tax advisors and local finance teams to ensure alignment on tax matters and support international tax compliance and advisory projects, across various jurisdictions including the US /liliSupport the implementation and monitoring of the Group's transfer pricing policies, including transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements and year-end adjustments /liliSupport the Group's Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) compliance and reporting processes across relevant jurisdictions /liliSupport tax governance initiatives, internal control processes and tax risk management activities /liliMonitor international tax developments and assess their impact on the Group /liliProvide tax support and practical guidance to Finance, Treasury, Legal, Supply Chain and other business functions on international tax matters /li /ulh3You Are The Person We Are Looking For If /h3ulliYou have at least 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, either within the tax department of a multinational company or at a leading international tax advisory firm /liliYou hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in tax law and international taxation /liliYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken /liliYou possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are a proactive team player, and can adapt effectively to change /liliYou have solid experience in corporate income tax, tax accounting and tax reporting, combined with a strong knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing principles and OECD Guidelines /liliYou have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skills /liliA Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work-life balance (3 days a week/free location) /liliNational Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification: Occhialeria - Impiegati /liliSalary: starting from 40.000€.
