Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /p h3Position Rationale /h3 pThe IA Intern will support the Internal Audit (IA) team in performing assurance and consulting activities related to the assessment and application of the Group’s Internal Control and Risk Management System. /p h3Key Activities Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnder the supervision of the IA team and in line with the Audit Plan, the IA Intern participates in the planning and execution of relevant IA activities, including audits, risk assessments and projects. /li liProactively collaborates with the IA team in conducting operational, financial and compliance audits; key activities include participating in management interviews, reviewing relevant documentation, and performing control testing. /li liProactively collaborates with the IA team in conducting audits aimed at assessing the effectiveness of corporate governance and control measures designed to prevent criminal offenses in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (applicable only to Campari Group’s Italian companies). /li liEvaluates business processes and assesses their compliance with Group policies and operating procedures. /li liProvides proactive support to the IA team in the execution of special projects and the implementation of risk assessment initiatives. /li liActively contributes to the application of data analytics and process mining techniques in audit and risk assessment activities. /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 pInternal: Internal Audit team members, management teams of audited subsidiaries and Group Functions. /p pExternal: Consultants involved in audit or project activities and external auditors. /p h3Required Experience /h3 ul liPrevious professional experience in an audit firm, consulting firm or multinational industrial company is preferred. /li liDemonstrated ability to work on challenging projects, consistently delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines. /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li /ul h3Education / Professional Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Business Management or Economics. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liKnowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. /li liProfessional certification/relevant professional education is considered a plus. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. /li liFamiliarity with SAP and Celonis (process mining tool) is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 h3Functional/Technical competences /h3 ul liKnowledge of risk assessment and audit methodologies. /li liStrong analytical skills. /li liSolid accounting and financial reporting knowledge. /li liAbility to understand and analyze a wide range of business processes. /li liProject management skills. /li /ul h3Personal competences /h3 ul liProactive, hands-on and problem-solving mindset. /li liPragmatic and results-oriented approach. /li liExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liInternational mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe role requires travelling approximately 25% of the time, mostly internationally. /p pMonthly allowance: €900 /p h3Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
