To find out more visit and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. /ppbPlease note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. /b /ppThe Social Search Manager is responsible for leading Lenovo's paid social and search strategy across Europe META, driving demand generation, brand growth, and business performance for both Lenovo and Motorola portfolios. The role operates within the Media Center of Excellence (Media COE), partnering with local marketing teams, agencies, platform partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, etc.), and eCommerce stakeholders to deliver full-funnel media activation and measurable business outcomes. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Strategy Planning /h3ulliDevelop Europe META paid social and search strategies aligned with business objectives, defining channel roles across the customer journey from awareness to conversion. /liliTranslate global and Europe META marketing priorities into local activation plans and drive integration across brand marketing, ACP, lead generation, and eCommerce initiatives. /liliBuild audience, targeting, and measurement frameworks across markets. /li /ulh3Media Excellence Innovation /h3ulliLead innovation roadmaps with Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Amazon Ads, and emerging partners. /liliIdentify and scale best practices across markets while implementing testing frameworks covering audiences, creatives, AI solutions, automation, and measurement. /li /ulh3Campaign Performance Management /h3ulliOversee campaign planning and optimization across Meta (Facebook Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and retail search platforms. /liliMonitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, VTR/VCR, lead quality, and conversion rate, providing ongoing performance recommendations and budget allocation guidance. /li /ulh3Measurement Analytics /h3ulliDefine KPI frameworks and benchmarks by market and channel, driving end-to-end measurement from media exposure to lead generation and sales outcomes. /liliPartner with analytics teams to enhance dashboards and reporting while evaluating incrementality, attribution, and business impact across social and search investments. /li /ulh3Stakeholder, Agency Vendor Management /h3ulliSupport local marketing teams with planning, channel recommendations, and performance reviews, while presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. /liliCollaborate closely with eCommerce, ACP, Sales, Data Analytics, agency partners, and platform vendors to ensure campaign quality, governance, operational excellence, partner accountability, and innovation initiatives. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing. /liliStrong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads. /liliExperience managing multi-country Europe Meta campaigns. /liliStrong understanding of lead generation, eCommerce, B2B and B2C marketing, attribution and measurement, and CRM and first‑party data strategies. /liliProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively within matrix organizations. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliAn open, stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies. /liliFlat organizational structures with fast decision-making. /liliA modern and flexible working model supporting work–life balance. /liliAn international, diverse, and collaborative team. /liliA competitive and attractive compensation package. /li /ulpWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
