Location: Milan, Italy

We are a growing team in the Operations department and we are looking for a Junior Disponente ufficio traffico to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

Responsibilities

• Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
• Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers.
• Managing the day-to-day operations tasks.

Qualifications

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics.
• 1–2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road domestic.
• Ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
• Great attention to detail and an organized approach.
• Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under stress.
