He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design. /p h3Context and Purpose of the Job /h3 pYou will join the Accounts Receivable team and, reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will contribute to the efficient management of receivables accounting and related administrative processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging active billing processes through SAP and Launchmetrics systems /li liProcessing complimentary invoices and monthly accounting reclassifications /li liRecording general ledger entries, including accruals, provisions, cost center reallocations, and journal entries /li liRecording customer payments and supporting collection and reminder activities /li liPreparing documentation required for non-EU shipments and export transactions /li liVerifying delivery notes (DDTs) and supporting billing accuracy checks /li liSupporting e-commerce invoicing activities, including VAT reconciliations with fiscal representatives and periodic OSS compliance reviews /li liMonitoring and controlling digital tax archiving processes /li liSupporting the preparation of Intrastat declarations for goods and services /li liAssisting with intercompany reconciliations and account balancing activities /li liSupporting the review and verification of royalty withholding taxes /li /ul h3Descrizione profilo: /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics /li liAt least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within structured and international environments /li liExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP FI will be considered a plus /li liFluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) /li liStrong accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines effectively /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position is 26.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. /p pWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
