The ideal candidate is someone who can make autonomous decisions, read situations with strategic vision, and bring tangible value to projects with clients under their responsibility. At TMC, the Project Manager does not just respond to assignments; they are the figure who, with method and leadership, guides their growth trajectory within an ecosystem designed to empower talent and reward those who take on responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Planning, technical and economic supervision, progress monitoring, and budget drafting. - Team Coordination: Management of designers, technicians, site managers, and operational teams. - Client Relations: Direct interaction with clients to ensure loyalty and promote the company's image. - Internal Synergy: Collaboration with Purchasing, Administration, and HR departments for site needs.

What we expect from you

• Experience: At least 2 years of seniority in the specific role.
• Degree: Master's Degree
• Soft Skills: Decision-making autonomy, goal orientation, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Availability for travel within the Emilia Romagna region

What you can expect from us


The position includes a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €32,000, in accordance with the CCNL Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC commits to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process by evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL that exceeds the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual skills growth budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
