As a  Senior Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) , you will become part of a dedicated team and actively contribute to Gymondo’s success. Whether you’re solving complex customer inquiries, optimizing processes, or sharing your knowledge with the team – your work makes a real difference and ensures an outstanding customer experience.

Your mission

• You support our customers and provide fast, effective solutions
• You handle complex inquiries and escalate them when necessary in a targeted way
• You work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to continuously improve the customer experience
• You carefully document customer interactions in our CRM and ticketing systems
• You actively contribute to the development of our support processes and guidelines
• You support and mentor Junior Support Agents and share your knowledge within the team

Your profile

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong  problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with  CRM software and ticketing systems
• Ability to work both  independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset when dealing with customers
