Senior Regional Media Strategy Specialist

ppWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Media Sr. Specialist to join our Regional Digital Marketing Team at Beko Europe. This role sits at the intersection of regional, global, local, and partnership media activities-acting as the central coordinator who ensures all parties are aligned, informed, and working together efficiently toward shared campaign goals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverseeing the creation and execution of media campaigns (online offline) across various channels for our brand portfolio, such as social media, search engines, video, display advertising, TV across Europe. /li liDevelop and oversee the annual and campaign-specific media plans for region local specific projects. /li liEnsure alignment with the brand's marketing objectives and global guidelines. /li liCombine data analysis, technical knowledge, local feedback, and market understanding to manage complex campaigns and meet the objectives. /li liHelp planning and executing media investments with 4P mindset. /li liDeveloping and implementing the overall digital media strategy for our brands, including defining target audience, goals, and KPIs. /li liAnalyzing campaign performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations for optimisations and improvements. /li liPresenting campaign performance and strategy updates to senior management and other stakeholders. /li liStaying up to date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to ensure that the company's digital media strategy is innovative and effective. /li liEstablishing relationships with media partners. /li liCollaborating with other teams: such as Global Digital Team, local teams to plan and actively run media campaigns. /li liCreating case studies when working with local global teams. /li liDeveloping media benchmarks for the markets we operate. /li liTake an active role pre/post campaign analysis for global local media investments. /li liManaging budgets and timelines for media campaigns working closely with local, regional global teams. /li liManaging the media agencies. /li liFollowing up sales figures of the company GFK reports to be able to create the most feasible media plans. /li liThis role will be responsible for media strategies, plans, executions, reporting’s and budgets regionally. /li /ul h3How do we describe the perfect match? /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree Marketing, Media, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a multinational environment. /li liFluency in English is a must, with exceptional communication skills. /li liStrong knowledge of media platforms, digital and traditional media channels. /li liProven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results. /li liStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, strict milestones, and competing deadlines. /li liRegional and global perspective with a genuine interest in international media trends. /li liExceptional analytical skills and proficiency in media performance tools and platforms. /li liExperience working with media agencies and platform partners. /li liFamiliarity with Share of Voice (SOV) and Market Share (MS) metrics. /li liProficiency in media planning software and analytics tools. /li liPreferred: Experience in Home Appliances or retail industries. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. /li liFlexible and open to new perspectives, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment. /li liPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail. /li liA great team player with a self-initiative mindset. /li liBeing open to communication is always our priority. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe salary range for this position is € 43.000 - € 55.000 gross per year.
