Product Launch Engineer, Rdpi Product Launch

In this role you will support post-deployment RDPI solutions across mechanical, controls, robotics, and automation, solving difficult problems with structured methodologies. You will prototype, test, validate, and coordinate rollout across the WW Robotics network, while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project Management. You’ll build technical depth in automation domains and help improve customer experience through data-driven insights and effective documentation. • Resolve post-deployment system issues across mechanical, controls, robotics, and automation domains within RDPI solutions.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, RCA, VOC) to identify root causes and inform mitigations.
• Support the improvement lifecycle through prototyping, testing, field validation, documentation, and rollout coordination.
• Work independently while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project Management to meet project goals.
• Contribute to design, scoping, prioritization, and refine requirements;
  build relationships with stakeholders.
• Create and improve SOPs, runbooks, and automation/tools to reduce workload and improve scalability.
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot by analyzing logs and system behavior to identify patterns affecting performance, reliability, and availability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Experience leading engineering projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating requirements and evaluating alternatives with users, technical teams, and management
• Experience working with development and business teams to convey operational impacts and business requirements
• Experience with complex systems in systems engineering, technical lead, launch engineering, or technical program roles
