In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will:

• Develop and maintain backend services in Java or C# (.NET), and design and implement microservices architectures;
• Integrate with payment systems and third‑party APIs;
• Deploy and manage applications on the Microsoft Azure cloud;
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA);
• Participate in code reviews and in the continuous improvement of code quality and automation through AI tools.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Excellent knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+);
• Familiarity with designing and building microservices;
• Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed architectures;
• Good knowledge of Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.);
• Experience with version control systems (Git);
• Familiarity with AI / Machine Learning tools or AI‑assisted development;
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and containerization, and knowledge of Kubernetes;
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Service Bus);
• Background or strong interest in the payments / fintech sector;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

• Total compensation: € 39.000 – € 54.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
