We are seeking a strategic, yet hands‑on GTS Digital Product Growth Manager to support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital initiatives across our GTS business unit. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital portfolio is aligned to organizational priorities, resources are optimally allocated and initiatives deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive view of current products and services, and the planned digital initiatives landscape
• Support leadership in prioritizing digital investments by evaluating value, risk, capacity and strategic alignment
• Create and manage a dynamic portfolio roadmap that aligns with organizational goals
• Track and report on portfolio‑level and initiative‑level KPIs, health metrics and financials, synthesizing insights
• Implement and enforce portfolio governance processes to ensure initiative transparency, accountability and consistency
• Lead intake and assessment process for new digital initiatives, working closely with other business stakeholders and engineering product managers
• Act as liaison between engineering product managers, finance, and sales to align priorities and timing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in digital portfolio management, product management, or enterprise‑level project oversight
• Deep understanding of digital development processes, product lifecycle management, and agile or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English

Desired Requirements

• Understanding of turbomachinery operations and asset management principles
• Experience with road‑mapping, portfolio, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Aha!)

Pay : EUR 51,200 – 70,400

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
