As a key member of Campari Group’s Global IT Supply Chain team, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions to design, implement, and optimize critical applications across Logistics and Customer Service. You’ll drive IT initiatives along the O2C process, ensuring system stability, performance, and adoption while aligning with governance standards. Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, you’ll deliver measurable value and foster innovation in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role offers the chance to shape core supply chain capabilities and customer experience through technology.Benefits

• Drive the evolution of IT solutions across the Order-to-Cash process (order management, logistics execution, customer experience)
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead IT projects, coordinating global rollouts, upgrades, and integrations within Campari systems landscape
• Ensure application availability, stability, and user adoption;
  maintain architecture and procedure documentation
• Manage enhancements, delivery plans, and SLA performance with AMS teams
• Handle critical incidents and escalation processes;
  manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations

Responsabilità

• 5+ years in similar multinational or consulting roles in Customer Service and Logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain (SD, LE, TM, MM) is essential
• Familiarity with integration technologies (IDocs, EDI, API) and middleware;
  ITIL/AGILE experience aplus
• Strong business acumen in end-to-end O2C, Logistics/Transportation, and Customer Service processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English;
  Italian and a third European language are plus
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
