As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italia and in order to strengthen our recruitment department, we are looking for our future Talent Acquisition Officer M/F in permanent contract. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for our consultants with a permanent contract for the agencies of Turin and Milan. Main activities : Gather and analyze the needs from Business ManagersDefine your sourcing strategy by identifying the most suitable channels (job boards, professional social networks etc) Write and publish job offers Carry out phone screening interviews and physical interviews while ensuring a qualitative candidate experience Reporting your interviews to the Business Managers Ensure the progress of the recruitment process by collaborating with Business Managers until its completion Take care of the integration of new collaborators through our internal onboarding process Participate in the development of partnerships with our target engineering schools (forums, presentations) Organize recruitment afterworks with the entire recruitment department Increase the visibility of Abylsen's employer brand : communication on LinkedIn and other professional social networks Embody Abylsen's values to all stakeholders (candidates, consultants, external organizations) Who are you ? You have a 5-year higher education qualification (Business, Human Resources etc.) and minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment ideally in a consulting company for Engineering, ICT, Lifesciences profiles. Your responsiveness, curiosity and interpersonal skills will be your best assets in taking up the challenges entrusted to you and in identifying our future talents !
