Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

ppFor our client, an international manufacturer in the power electronics sector, we are recruiting a bRegional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) /b. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDevelop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications /li liAcquire new customers and expand existing key accounts /li liBuild strong relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities /li liManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion /li liDevelop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets /li liCooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams /li liMaintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent technical training /li liSeveral years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors or a related technical environment /li liProven track record in new business development and key account management /li liStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills /li liIndependent, structured and results-oriented working style /li liWillingness to travel within the assigned region /li liFluent Italian and English; German or French would be an advantage /li /ul h3BENEFITS /h3 ul liHigh level of responsibility and freedom to develop the market /li liInternational environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes /li liAttractive compensation package and long-term career prospects /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
