POSITION – HR Digital Tools Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic HR Digital Tools Specialist to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD). In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first/second-level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes);

• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities;

• Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring;

• Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements;

• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms);

• Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality;

• Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes.

WHO you are

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field;

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment;

• Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus;

• Understand of core HR processes is considered a plus;

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on supporting employees and HR users in the effective use of HR digital tools.

Target Hiring Range

Total compensation package in the range between €38,000 and €45,000 gross per year

DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
