Junior SMBs Account Manager (Italian Market)

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, as well as renewing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a passion for driving business growth. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp● Generate New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new inbound and outbound business opportunities within the SMB market in Italy. /pp● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long term partnerships. /pp● Sales and Renewals: Drive sales growth by converting leads into clients and renewing contracts with existing clients. /pp● Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. /pp● Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrate creativity in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in a competitive environment. /pp● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. /ppbr/ppbContract Type: /b /ppThis specific engagement will be under an apprenticeship contract (contratto di apprendistato). /ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pp● Language Skills: Strong proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written) required. /pp● Age: This role is offered under a Contratto di Apprendistato in accordance with Italian law. Eligibility (including typical age range 18–29 or status such as NASpI/mobility indemnity) is determined by the applicable legislation. /pp● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. /pp● Experience: Some exposure to B2B sales is a plus, particularly within the SMB sector. This role is structured as an entry point into a sales career under a formal training contract.
