Field Service Engineer

Responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or software-related issues.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and performance testing.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
  • Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Recommend upgrades, repairs, or replacement parts to improve equipment performance.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (typically 2–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).

Job Classification and Compensation:

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €30,000.00 to €40,000.00, to be determined based on professional skills and experience gained.

Permanent employment contract
