In this role, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing activities while adhering to production routing, HSE, and quality standards.

As an EDM operator, you will be responsible for:

 

• Perform processing activities related to Baker Hughes products
• Check the final quality of the activities as indicated by the production route by completing the inspection plan
• Clean your workstation
• Verify the working hours applicable to the assigned production activity
• Participate in continuous improvement through project proposals
• Follow factory policy regarding work shifts, lunch breaks, and the use of PPE.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will need to:

 

 

• High school diploma in technical subjects
• Have experience as a CNC machine operator
• Know the technical drawing and interpret the technical documents and procedures
• Know CNC machines and report safety, quality, and routing issues to supervisor
• Be available to work shifts (including night shifts)
• Have an aptitude for teamwork
• Have an EU work permit

For Italy, the initial pay range for this position will be:

 

 

 

• Shop Senior Specialist: EUR 35,209.92 to 47,300
• Shop Operator Specialist: EUR 32,844.44 to 42,900
• Shop Operator Intermediate: EUR 30,778.35 to 38,500

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI - Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
