Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: /liliFrench /liliSpanish /liliGerman /liliExperience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations /liliGood understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality systems for their chosen specialism /liliBeneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps /liliGood MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) /liliExperience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus /liliExperience in consulting and very good presentation skills /li /ulpbResponsibilities /b /ppThe D365 Finance Operations Functional Consultant will: /pulliShow expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: /liliFinance /liliProject Operations /liliWarehouse /liliField Service /liliDelivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support reporting /liliWork with onsite engagement team client team to gather requirements, determine expectations finalise deliverables /liliEnsure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing /liliDemonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written verbal communication team participation. /liliInvolvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations /liliAbility to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis /liliDemonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control /liliLeading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation /liliDelivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues /liliProvide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project /liliOccasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial /liliIdentify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered /liliCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors /liliEnsure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training /liliRepresent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times /liliHave awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO /liliDemonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities /liliThe Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times. /li /ulpbMicrosoft Business Solutions Overview /b /ppAt our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
