pulliOnsite Customer visit for Installation Support to resolve all technical issues /liliCoordination with technical/software team for removing “Bugs” /liliCoordination with sales and coordination team for all supply issues /liliResolve all the technical non technical issue onsite. /liliProvide solution to software/hardware issue in consultation with Software / Embedded / CCD team /liliDiscussion with customer and resolve all issues /liliPreparation of Service Reports and Issue wise MOM /liliCompletion of RMA in coordination with CCD, Sales Dispatch for proper handling of returnable and non-returnable material /liliRegular training program at customer end in order to educate regarding Jekson Vision System and maintaining proper documentation for the same and its efficient storage /liliMaintain a complete pre-installation checklist and checklist of all the installation done at customer place and to provide the copy of the same to Sales CCD /liliSynchronize the same to be used as reference /liliFor all out of warrantee systems plan for AMC, in consultation with sales team /liliRegular Audit at Customer end to check the working status and to provide suggestion for up-gradation if required /li /ulpbEducational Qualification /b /pulliDiploma / B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) /li /ulpbPreferred Candidate Profile /b /pulliService trouble shooting of embedded systems /liliService troubleshoot for pharma machinery (Primary / Secondary packaging) /liliService troubleshoot for pharma process machinery /liliIntegration of system of PLC or Non-PLC base machines /liliAbility to travel across the World /li /ulpbPreferred Field Experience /b /pulliEmerging Technology /liliAutomation /liliPharma Machinery /liliPeople Management /liliNegotiation /liliRelationship /liliAnalytical and problem solving /liliGood oral and written communication /liliTime Management /liliEthical behavior /liliAdapting to change in work environment /liliStay abreast with technical knowledge /liliProblem solving /li /ulh3Apply to Jekson Vision /h3p(supported files: pdf, doc, jpg, png max. file size:5MB) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
