Our clients include major global organisations and blue-chip investors and occupiers.We are looking for a strong professional who can help us continue to deliver at the highest level.The ideal candidate will have:Fluent Italian (Native or Bilingual)Background as an
architect, engineer or quantity surveyorMinimum
10 years’ experience
, mainly in ItalyStrong experience in
cost management, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change control and final account managementPrevious experience on the
General Contractor sideExperience within
major consultancy firmsFluent English, both written and spokenBased in Italy
, preferably based in Milan or within easy reach of MilanAt Lysander, our PMs and QSs are not passive support figures. They are expected to be
leaders of their projects
