Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Base salary of €1000 (x14 months)
Meal Allowance: €7.63 (net/day)
Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rentand all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off
Your Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Profile
Required Skills:
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
Strong PC navigation and computer skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).
Associate degree in a related field.
Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
Team player with an independent work approach.
A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations.
