This luxury resort is part of a well-respected hospitality group that owns and manages luxury properties in Europe, Indian Ocean and in East Africa. /ppbr/ppReporting directly to the strongResident Manager /strong, the EAM will be the strong#2 operational leader /strong and will play a key role in the overall management, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance of the resort. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded and highly polished hotelier who can operate effectively as the Resident Manager's right hand, take ownership of the resort's day-to-day operation, and assume overall operational responsibility in the Resident Manager's absence. /ppbr/ppExperience in luxury resorts in Europe is preferred.
