In questa posizione hai la responsabilità di guidare l'evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti e delle piattaforme tecnologiche, allineando mercato, innovazione e capacità industriale. Sei un punto di riferimento per Engineering, R&D, Product Management e Produzione, contribuendo a crescita competitiva e definizione di roadmap tecnologiche. Promuovi innovazione, standardizzazione e miglioramento continuo per aumentare affidabilità, qualità e marginalità. Lavori con Operations, Supply Chain, Sales e Marketing per integrare sviluppo tecnico e esigenze commerciali. L'opportunità ti permette di plasmare soluzioni ad alto valore nel contesto di un gruppo industriale leader nell'automazione."
Responsabilità
- Guidare l'evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti e delle piattaforme tecnologiche
- Assicurare l'allineamento tra esigenze di mercato, innovazione, sviluppo tecnico e capacità industriale
- Coordonare Engineering, R&D, Product Management e Produzione lungo tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto
- Definire e implementare le strategie di sviluppo prodotto e industrializzazione
- Promuovere innovazione, standardizzazione, modularizzazione e miglioramento continuo
- Lavorare con Operations, Produzione, Supply Chain, Sales e Marketing per integrazione tra sviluppo tecnico e esigenze commerciali
- Supportare il management nelle decisioni su investimenti, nuove tecnologie e roadmap di prodotto
- Costruire e sviluppare team multidisciplinari e coltivare una cultura orientata all'innovazione
Requisiti fondamentali
- solida esperienza manageriale in contesti industriali tecnologici
- gestione di organizzazioni tecniche e multidisciplinari con responsabilità Engineering, Product Development, R&D e industrializzazione
- capacità di definire roadmap tecnologiche e guidare programmi di innovazione
- gestione stakeholder interni ed esterni
- leadership forte, visione strategica e orientamento al risultato
- esperienza in contesti internazionali
- laurea in discipline ingegneristiche
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
