Global Brand Planning Manager

Overview

As Global Brand Planner, you will own end-to-end planning for rare disease brands, ensuring patient continuity while protecting revenue. You will bridge Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate demand into executable supply strategies, balancing availability with financial outcomes. You will support decision-making through scenario planning and KPI monitoring in a zero-tolerance stock-out environment. This role places you at the center of patient impact and cross-functional collaboration within a mission-driven, sustainability-oriented company.

Responsabilità

• Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned to commercial forecasts to safeguard patient supply
• Translate demand signals into robust supply plans for uninterrupted patient access and revenue realization
• Partner with Brand Managers on demand assumptions, launches, and growth scenarios
• Identify and proactively manage risks to patient supply and revenue (stock-outs, constraints, delays)
• Coordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics for plan feasibility and robustness
• Support scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs prioritizing patient impact
• Monitor KPIs such as service level, inventory, and revenue-at-risk
• Support IBP / S&OP processes with clear patient and financial implications
• Collaborate with BU Business Managers and Affiliates to align patient needs with market demand
• Communicate supply risks with visibility of patient and revenue impact
• Act as key partner to commercial teams in prioritization under constraints

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
• 5–10 years pharma/biotech supply chain experience
• Fluent English
• Experience in planning processes (IBP / S&OP)
• Exposure to global supply chains and CMO environments
• Experience working with Commercial / Brand teams is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis
• Strong stakeholder management
