Brand Manager - Licensed Brands

ph3Job description /h3 h3Who we are looking for: /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the Licensed Brands Marketing Area for our Padua Headquarter. The person will be responsible for the assigned brands. /p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 ul liDeveloping the strategy for the assigned brands in line with the company’s and licensor’s objectives, while sharing responsibility for their PL performance. /li liManage Licensing Agreements, acting as the primary point of contact between Licensors and Safilo, fostering effective and long-term partnerships, and ensuring the implementation of agreements throughout the various stages of the contract lifecycle. /li liManage collections (including the development of commercial briefs, collection selection and approval with Licensors, pricing, sales forecasting, creation of conceptual selling tools, and lifecycle management of collections); /li liDefining annual marketing plans by gathering commercial feedback on brand performance across local markets, collection positioning, and distribution strategies, and by developing growth initiatives for the assigned brands across product development, communication, and trade marketing activities. /li liManage product collections, including the preparation of commercial briefs, collection selection and approval with internal stakeholders, pricing strategy, product ranking, and lifecycle management. /li liMonitor sales performance, business plans, and marketing expenditures, identifying potential risks and issues and recommending actions to ensure brand growth and profitability targets are achieved. /li liDevelop financial objectives and provide strategic direction and guidelines for distribution. /li liManage special projects, contributing to their conception, providing key inputs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing successful implementation. /li liDrive Go-to-Market (GTM) tools and initiatives, with a strong focus on training support, ensuring the effective development and communication of product features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse stakeholder groups. /li /ul h3You are the person we are looking for if: /h3 ul liYou have at least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management. /li liExperience in the eyewear industry, with knowledge of product characteristics and market dynamics, is considered a plus. /li liYou have excellent written and spoken English skills. /li liYou are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liYou have a strong data-driven mindset, with advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights; /li liYou have a solid understanding of profit and loss statements (PL) and expertise in profitability and margin analysis; /li liYou have strong marketing planning capabilities, with a sound knowledge of marketing and communication strategies, tools, techniques, and key performance indicators (KPIs). /li liYou demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously. /li liYou are motivated to work in a dynamic and international environment. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liA Smart work mode that allows you to live your work-life balance (2 days a week/free location) /li liNational Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification: Occhialeria – Impiegati /li liSalary: starting from 36,000€.br/The salary and job classification level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills, and seniority. /li liVariable compensation: not provided /li liCompany canteen, smart working, performance bonus, health insurance as per collective agreement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
