MES Project Manager

Overview
In questa posizione guiderai progetti MES end-to-end all'interno di una divisione internazionale dedita alla trasformazione digitale del manufacturing. L'obiettivo è consegnare soluzioni MES coerenti con l'ecosistema IT/OT del cliente e con standard di qualità elevati, gestendo stakeholder e team multidisciplinari. L'opportunità di lavorare su programmi di trasformazione distribuiti su più plant offre impatto tangibile e crescita professionale in contesto globale. Un requisito chiave è la certificazione PMP, a supporto della gestione di progetti complessi.
Responsabilità
- Gestione end-to-end di progetti MES (analisi, design, implementazione, test, go-live)
- Raccolta e analisi requisiti con stakeholder business/IT
- Coordinamento team multifunzionali (consulenti, sviluppatori, system integrator)
- Governance di soluzioni MES e coerenza con IT/OT
- Gestione stakeholder e allineamento continuo con clienti e partner
- Quality & Delivery assurance sulle soluzioni implementate
- Change management e training per l'adozione MES
- Pre-sales e supporto definizione proposte tecniche e proof-of-concept
- Program & multi-site management su plant produttivi a livello internazionale
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline tecnico-scientifiche affini
- Almeno 5+ anni di esperienza in gestione di progetti MES o IT/OT in manufacturing
- Esperienza in gestione di progetti complessi e team multidisciplinari
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi (Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione, Logistica)
- Esperienza nella raccolta requisiti e design MES
- Familiarità con architetture IT/OT e integrazione con sistemi enterprise (ERP, PLM, SCADA)
- Ottime capacità di stakeholder management e comunicazione
- Buone capacità analitiche e problem solving orientate ai risultati
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Certificazione PMP (o equivalente)
