As Technologist at Trevi SpA, you will provide technical support to Production and Tender teams, explore innovative solutions, and drive R&D initiatives for the Foundations sector. You will translate field insights into practical procedures and assist sites with testing and implementation. By collaborating with academia and industry partners, you help shape the group’s long-term development goals. This role combines hands‑on analysis, product development, and ongoing knowledge sharing to advance our technology platform.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide tech support for execution procedures, operational instructions, data analysis, and field testing of on‑site technologies
- Assist construction sites in developing improved technological solutions
- Support Tender department with technological analysis of bids and proposals
- Develop innovative products, technologies, and technological solutions
- Collaborate with universities, industry associations, and companies for R&D in Foundations
- Participate as a speaker in internal and external tech update courses
- Attend conferences to promote technologies and expand knowledge
- Draft R&D plans with supervisors to secure funding
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of Foundations and Soil Improvement sector
- Previous experience in the role (plus)
- Understanding of equipment and instrumentation used in Foundations and Soil Improvement
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and mechanical drawings
- Skills in processing and interpreting data from site activities
- Expertise in developing innovative products, technologies, and solutions
- Proficiency in domain-specific software and applications
- Knowledge of standard regulations in Foundations and Soil Improvement
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
