ph3Security Automation AI Engineer /h3pAzienda : Iss A/S bTipo Lavoro : Full Time Italy /b /ppbLocation: /bWarsaw, Poland /ppbLanguage: /bEnglish /ph3Main purpose of the position /h3pThe Security Automation AI Engineer will serve as the technical lead for security process automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the Information Security function. The role is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and continuously improving automation solutions that increase operational efficiency, strengthen governance processes and improve the quality and consistency of security services delivered to internal and external stakeholders. /ppA key focus of the position is the development of AI-enabled solutions that support audit responses, customer security questionnaires, evidence collection, control assessments, risk reporting and compliance activities. The role will leverage Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure services, while integrating with enterprise platforms such as Jira, GRC solutions, knowledge repositories and security management tools. /ppThe successful candidate will act as an independent subject matter expert who can translate complex business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions. Working closely with Security Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operations and Engineering teams, this person will help establish a modern automation capability, improve data quality across security processes and drive the adoption of AI and automation across the organisation. /ph3What you’ll do: /h3ulliIdentify, analyse and prioritise security, governance, risk and compliance processes suitable for automation and AI enablement. /liliDesign, build and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform and Azure services. /liliDevelop AI-assisted workflows to support customer security questionnaires, audit requests, control assessments and compliance reporting activities. /liliDesign and implement integrations between Jira, GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Confluence, security tools and other enterprise systems. /liliBuild and maintain APIs, connectors and data pipelines to enable automated information exchange across platforms. /liliAutomate evidence collection, control monitoring, workflow approvals, notifications and reporting processes. /liliDevelop dashboards and management reporting capabilities to measure operational efficiency, control effectiveness and automation benefits. /liliEnsure appropriate security, privacy, governance and quality controls are embedded into all AI and automation solutions. /liliEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve security operations. /liliProvide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to security teams on automation and AI best practices. /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, technology teams and vendors to deliver automation initiatives from concept through production deployment. /liliOwn the continuous improvement, support and optimisation of deployed automation and AI solutions. /li /ulh3Key qualifications: /h3h3Must have /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 4 years of experience in Security Automation, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations or related technology roles. /liliHands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services. /liliStrong experience in integrating enterprise platforms through APIs, webhooks and modern integration technologies. /liliProficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration. /liliSolid knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance and audit processes. /liliExperience working with enterprise workflow platforms such as Jira and integrating them with other business or security systems. /liliExperience working with structured and unstructured data sources, knowledge repositories and document management platforms. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. /liliEnglish proficiency, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Microsoft Graph. /liliExperience implementing or integrating GRC platforms, risk management solutions or compliance management tools. /liliKnowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, NIS2, DORA and related security or regulatory frameworks. /liliExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, vector databases and enterprise AI governance. /liliExperience with Power BI, SQL, Dataverse and data analytics platforms. /liliMicrosoft, Azure, Security or AI‑related professional certifications. /liliKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working in international enterprise environments. /li /ulh3Personal skills: /h3ulliIndependent and proactive professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of delivering measurable business outcomes. /liliStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation. /liliEffective communicator and trusted advisor, able to build relationships across Security, Technology, Risk, Audit and Business functions. /liliContinuous learning mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, AI innovation and process improvement. /li /ulh3Why ISS /h3pAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider ofcleaning, food, workplace and technical services, weare a partner in our customers’ success.
